We have only had them a little over a year and they are in wonderful condition, we actually are looking into a sectional for our living room that is why we are selling these. They were pre-treated with Scotch Guard so if you have small children who like to spill often you need not worry about any stains. Being microfiber material they are so soft and they have a plushness that makes them even softer, you will love to sit on these and read or cuddle up and watch a movie on them. Retail for these were $699, as a set.
